30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, and the issue must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been opened, worn, or used are not eligible for returns or refunds for hygiene and health reasons.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Please email us at hello@comfyur.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our support team will review your request and provide next steps.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, you must contact us so we can escalate the matter with the courier. We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue, which may take 10–15 working days after the expected delivery date. Claims must be raised within 30 days to remain eligible for a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for failed delivery. If you would like the order resent, postage for the new shipment must be paid by the customer. If you request a refund, you must wait until the parcel is returned to us (sender) or the courier officially declares the item lost. This process can take 20–30 working days from the date the order was shipped.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed lost or faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or worn products and items reported outside the 30-day window are not eligible for return.
