Shipping Policy

At Comfyur, we aim to dispatch all orders typically within 12 hours of purchase, unless external factors such as public holidays or courier delays prevent this. Once dispatched, orders generally take 3–10 working days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided once your order is in transit so you can monitor its progress.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be updated. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@comfyur.com so we can escalate the issue with the courier. Resolution may take 10–15 working days after the expected delivery date.
